The Quill Gordon is exactly what we needed for the weekend. Sleeping with the window open and listening to the river at night beat all our expectations. The hosts are gracious, kind and even willing to share the secrets of the Battenkill.

Our host Valerie and Martin made our stay extra special. A beautiful setting on the Battenkill River with comfortable and clean rooms. It was a great weekend of long walks and friendly talks with Val and Martin.

The Quill Gordon is such a wonderful place to visit. The property is so beautiful and the Oaklands are very easy to be around. We always look forward to our next day on the Battenkill.
